Shipping policy
BCrave Cosmetics ships via USPS. We use First Class Service and Priority.All orders will be shipped in a flat padded mailer. (Priority Mail) Claims must be resolved with USPS directly. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. Due to our owner being a mommy sometimes shipments might go out a day after they are suppose to. Please be patient with us. We currently ship once a week. If you have received a tracking number but there is no movement ,you may contact us after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number @ bcrave20@gmail.com so can further investigate. Thank you! Pick up order will only be held for 7 business days once that time has exceeded we will restock the products and refund 80% of your order total back to the payment information that was used.
