Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds once product is in hand. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us proof of discrepancies. If your order is returned to us by USPS we will offer refund minus the shipping cost or offer a reshipment of your order plus additional shipping fees. Any additional questions please contact us.
